Please join us in our Walk For Education in Wyandotte County on Saturday April 9, 2016! You will join several hundred people in an international effort to increase awareness in our communities about educational opportunities by engaging in conversation and passing out information door to door in Wyandotte County! We will be informing the community about opportunities available in college, encourage students to strive for excellence in school, inform parents of how beneficial a college education can be for their children, and how important their support will be to their success. 


Hosted by the local chapters of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE KC Professionals, UMKC, KU, K-State) and New Bethel Church.


Registration begins at 9a. Walk begins at 10a.
